The Olivia Prime B office building in Gdańsk, offering over 25,000 sq m of lettable space, has been granted a use permit. The building consists of 15 above ground and 3 underground floors. The design of the Olivia Prime office complex was created in a way to make tenants and guests feel comfortable. Biophilic design and power art are interspersed in the building. The office has a lot of employees’ favourite zones, such as green terraces or loggias, where they can work while sitting on a sunbed or a soft chair with a laptop on their knees.
Olivia Prime B has 6 large terraces full of vegetation, whereas two of them are with a sea view. The walls of the building breathe art. The interiors of the building are characterized by ultra-modernity thanks to the applied power art technique, which makes a positive influence on employees’ moods.
