Located in Gdansk, the Olivia Business Centre office building was the first in the world to receive the maximum score in the international WELL certification. The office building scored all possible 25 points, confirming that it provides first-class security and comfort for its tenants. The analysis of the building as part of the certification was conducted by the International Well Building Institute (IWBI) of New York.
The Olivia Business Center is currently the largest office center in the Tri-City, with an area of over 175 sqm.
