Revitalisation works on former industrial kingdom of Karol Scheibler, a 19th century entrepreneur, have entered their second stage. The ruins of two historical warehouse buildings will gain a new life thanks to the efforts an investor who previously realised Textorial Park, Łódź's first A class office complex.
The buildings will be renovated and incorporated into the architecture of a multifunctional complex, Textorial Park II, which will also consist of a new 5-storey office building with an underground garage. The project is estimated to deliver 26,000 sqm of leasable area and it's already been tentatively assessed as "Excellent" in the BREEAM system. The investor believes that thanks to its linking of various functions, Textorial Park II won't stop at being just a place to work at but that it will also become an attractive to-go spot for the residents in leasure time.
