Historic complex of former Piast Brewery is going to go through renewal proces. Archicom group has just purchased the area of 5,8 ha in the city center of Wroclaw. The revitalization will involve the renovation of the historic buildings as well as providing additional space in new constructions. The whole complex is going to offer luxurious lofts, retail and office space for lease.
The investment will proceed in stages. The start of construction works is scheduled on 2017, while the last phase will launch in 2021.
