The Grundmann Office Park complex is being built in the central part of Katowice. Construction began in December last year and work is currently underway on the foundation slab and ceilings of the underground garage.
Grundmanna Office Park will consist of two 7-storey office buildings with a total area of 48,000 sqm. The buildings will be connected by a common green patio conducive to user integration and relaxation. The complex will include a boules pitch, cycling and running paths and an extensive outdoor relaxation area with greenery and small architecture. The project aims to create a socially engaging place that stimulates creativity and encourages development.
The complex will provide more than 1,000 surface and underground parking spaces with electric car charging stations, and numerous cycle parking spaces with servicing and cleaning stations. The development will also include flexible co-working spaces of a higher standard, and the ground floor will include retail and service units with restaurants and cafés.
Grundmanna Office Park plans to meet the BREEAM and WELL Healthy-Safety Rating certification requirements. The complex last month won European Property Awards in the category: Office Architecture. In addition, Grundmanna Office Park was awarded the DNA PARIS DESIGN AWARDS 2023 and the Five Star Award for Best Office Architecture Poland. The planned completion date is in the fourth quarter of 2024.
