The agreement with general contructor of next stages of Koneser Praga Center was signed. The project is currently going through the renewal process. Hochtief Poland company will be responsible for construction works of commercial part of the complex, which includes 3 office buildings with retail space. Approx. 32,000 sq m of usable space is estimated to be delivered to the market by the end of 2017.
Koneser project has been introduced as the multifunctional local center of culture and business. Undoubtedly, the inspiring space with unique architecture and atmosphere of historic manufactory will be provided.
