LeasingTeam - HR consulting company leased more than 1,000 sq m of modern office space in Marynarska Business Park office complex. The company moved into the new office in December 2013 . In the process of lease agreement negotiations LeasingTeam was Jones advised by specialist form Jones Lang LaSalle.
Marynarska Business Park is located at 7 Taśmowa St., and consists of four modern buildings with 43, 000 sq m GLA. One of the project’s main assets is its location near the Marynarska transport hub, which is part of the NS route and provides convenient communication with Okęcie airport and the southern ring road. Marynarska Business Park is also located in proximity to the city's rail, as well as various bus and tram networks.
