Designing works of the next building in DLCenter Point III Complex at Korfantego Street in Katowice are just about to finish. Construction shall begin between 3rd and 4th quarter this year.
At the tenants disposal will be 13,000 square meters on 13 storeys. Offices will be complemented by retail and service space on the ground and first floor. The tower is nearly fully commercialised.
