The investment of Capital Park company - a modern Eurocentrum Office Complex located at Jerozolimskie Avenue has gained a new tenant. The Tebodin Poland leased approximately 2 000 sqm of office space. The construction of the office complex will begin in the second quarter this year. Eurocentrum will be a 15-storey office building offering ober 60 000 sqm of office space for lease.
