The Francuska Office Center - the investment of Globe Trade Centre company is a modern office complex located in Katowice, at Francuska Street. The office complex consists of two buildings: the Francuska Office Center A and Francuska Office Center B totaling approximately 21 500 sqm of modern office space for lease. The new tenant of the office complex is a concern from the IT industry – the Oracle company - which leased approximately 1 000 sqm of office space. The Oracle company will move in in June.
