At the crossroads of Chałubińskiego Street and Jerozolimskie Avenue, a building will be constructed instead of the 260-metre skyscraper originally planned. The architects of the project have also changed. The new skyscraper is planned to be around 30 metres lower.
At the moment, it is known that a new building will be connected with the Centrum Lim building via a common podium. The construction start date is not yet known.
