New office space will be created on three floors of a historic administrative building, built as early as 1859, on Dworcowa Street, where the Katowice train station once stood. It will include serviced offices for shift and hybrid work, hot desks, conference rooms, and meeting rooms.
In total, the facility will provide 350 new workspaces available around the clock, of which up to 90% will be occupied by flexible offices. The first floor of the property will be occupied by an atmospheric bistro with a terrace, like the entire building.
The project is scheduled to open in August.
