In the former factories in Łódź at 61a and 63 Sienkiewicza Street the revitalization works are underway.
The new office, artistic and service spaces will be created within the monumental walls. The exterior of the investment will be decorated with a green wall and a green terrace.
The ground floor of the building will be used by the youngest - there will be a space for playing with a mini garden.
