Capital Park bought building housing Neptun cinema, located in the center of Gdansk at Długa Street. The investor plans the refurbishment of the building due to adapt it for the office and service space standards. Neptune House office building will offer approximately 4 300 sqm of office space and about 3 000 square meters of retail space for rent. In addition, the building will provide a fully equipped media room for business meetings. The office building will provides also 55 underground parking spaces. The investor has already obtained the reconstruction permit.
