On the Białystok's map new office building is going to appear soon. Investment will be located at the junction of Prezydenta R. Kaczorowskiego, Bułgarska and Św. Anna Streets. Construction is planned to start in 2019 and expected to end in 2021
Despite, its modern architecture the building will fit into surrounding urban city development. The high-rise will have 9 floors above ground and 2 underground floors. For future tenants disposal will be over 10 000 sq meters of the office space and around 700 sq meters of the retail space. The building was projected in AA class, so it is going to be environment friendly.
The investor has already filled building permit application.
