The construction of a complex of multifunctional buildings will start in March this year.
The office and warehouse buildings will provide about 6 thousand sqm and will be divided into 4 segments intended for long-term rent. Each segment will comprise 450 sqm of high-standard office space, located on 3 floors. The remaining 1,000 sqm will be used for the storage and services zone.
The complex will be located by S11 in Sady, which belongs to Tarnowo Podgórne municipality near Poznan.
The planned completion date is November 15, 2022.
