The Apricot company is planning the new investment in Żoliborz district at Szamocka Street. This will be a ten-stories office building called Żoliborz One offering over 8 700 sqm of modern office space for rent. There will be also around 116 parking spaces available for the future tenants. The completion of the investment is scheduled for the third quarter of 2013.
