At the intersection of Jastrzębowskiego Street and KEN Avenue in Ursynów district will arise a new 11-storey office building. The Metro Point office building will offer for rent approximately 8 000 sqm of office space and 1 000 sqm of retail space. In addition, users of the building will be provided with 119 parking spaces located on the 4-level underground parking lot. The project is currently in the process of obtaining the necessary permits.
