The realization of a new office project in Wrocław has begun. Nowy Targ, emerging next to the square located between Świętego Wita and Świętej Katarzyny Streets, will provide 22 000 sq m of office space on 7 overground storeys. The ground floor will be occupied by retail space.
The project is to become a desirable work place, benefiting from the attractive surrounding that combines the old and the new. The city square, previously a market, will offer numerous activities to the citizens and tenants of the edifice after hours.
The building will be commissioned at the turn of the II and III quarter of 2019. Skanska is the investor of the undertaking.
