Bałtyk, Poznań's new office block located on Kaponiera roundabout, has been opened. The building consists of 16 overground and 3 underground storeys, which constitute 25 000 sq m of total space. Office space makes up 12 000 sq m, while 1 350 sq m will be occupied by retail. The edifice will also find gastronomy spots, a fitness club and a jazz club.
Piotr Voelkel and the company Garvest Real Estate were the investors of the project. Porr Polska was the general contractor.
