A new office and service complex will be built in Kielce at Zagnańska Street.
The investment will consist of four buildings and provide about 60,000 sqm of office area. Construction is expected to start in the first quarter of 2020. First will be built an office building with an area of 13,000 sqm.
The new investment will offer modern intelligent management systems, photovoltaic installations and an electric vehicle charging station.
