The new investment is planned in the centre of Kielce at the intersection of Bohaterów Warszawy and Tarnowska Streets. It would be two buildings, one of which would be an office building and the other would have a residential function.
The office building is planned to have nine storeys and an area of approx. 3,500 sqm. It will be located closer to Tarnowska street.
There are also plans to build a two-storey underground car park and an above-ground car park next to the buildings.
The project has not yet received a building permit. Possible construction is expected to take about three years.
