Polish company subsidiary to French developer Bouygues Immobilier will realize for TP SA the project of five 5-storey buildings at Jerozolimskie Avenue. The buildings will provide approximately 27 000 sqm of office space in total. TP SA has signed the lease agreement for a period of 10 years, with a possible extension. The investment shall be completed in the first half of 2013.
