Monopolis is a unique complex located in Łódź, which is a combination of modernity and tradition, providing both office and service space. In addition, construction work is now coming to an end on an important element of the project – the tower, which will provide a further 8.8 thousand sq m of office space, as well as 930 sq m of space for service units.
The five upper floors of the tower consist of modern glass with LED lighting, while the lower part is covered by an interesting building material called weathering. In addition, it rises above the brick buildings of the old spirit plant, providing an interesting contrast.
What is more, the parking space will be increased by more than 100 new underground parking spaces stretching under all the buildings of Monopolis.
