The A-class office complex, Marina Office has received a building permit. Construction works on the seaside skyscraper will start in the first quarter of 2020 and will last for the consecutive two years. The Marina Office tower will be built at 10 Hryniewickiego Street on the corner of Washington Street.
The building will consist of three free-standing office buildings with a total leasable area of approximately 27,000 sq m. Four of the five floors will be dedicated to offices, whereas the ground floor - for commercial and service units.
The underground part of the Marina Office will offer 250 parking spaces and 15 electric car charging stations.
Tenants of the most modern office complex in Gdynia Marina Office will be able to relax on the green patio between the buildings. The patio will fulfill a social function as a public square with benches, greenery, lanterns and water compositions.
It is worth mentioning that the Marina Office complex will boast of its good location near the Main Railway Station, trolleybus and bus stops. Driving to Gdańsk Lech Wałęsa Airport will take less than 30 minutes.
