In the center of Gdynia, at the intersection of Kielecka and Droga Gdyńska streets, on an area of 2 hectares, a new, architecturally coherent investment will be built, covering 55 thousand sq. m. usable area of offices, services and apartments.

The process of designing the investment and obtaining the necessary building permits will take about 2 years.
