The L'UNI office building in Wrocław is undergoing a major revitalization. The historic building will be carefully renovated and will offer modern office space for rent of the highest standard.
The last floor of the investment will be completely glazed, which will undoubtedly provide a beautiful view of the river and the city. The historical character of the building will be emphasized thanks to an innovative solution - the glass part will be covered with a gradient print.
Advanced construction and building works are carried out simultaneously inside and outside the building, this month the investment shell will be completed. Ultimately, the L'UNI office building will provide approximately 3,600 sq m. revitalized office space for rent in the second quarter of 2022.
