A project envisaging the construction of three high-rise residential buildings on the site where Lodz 1 currently stands has been submitted to the Lodz city council. If the project gets the green light, the office building will be demolished in phase II. All three residential buildings are planned to be 17 stories each and about 55 meters high, ultimately enhancing the Lodz skyline. The project also envisages around 2,000 sqm of space for commercial premises.
The office building Lodz 1 was built in 2006 and offered over 8,000 sqm of B+ class office space. Currently, the project in question is awaiting planning permission from the authorities, for which reason the planned start date has not been announced.
