Further changes are taking place at the Lipowy Office Park office complex. Two buildings within the complex have been sold, and the new owner intends to convert them into student accommodations. The project owner envisions the creation of over 650 rental units specifically tailored for students.
This project aims to adapt a portion of the Lipowy Office Park, with a total area of 21,000 sq m, to meet the needs of students in search of affordable and conveniently located housing. Various amenities, such as shared kitchens and multi-bedrooms, are planned to align with the current standards for residential facilities of this nature.
