Graffit, an office project situated at 28, Domaniewska Street in Mokotów, has obtained a legal use permit.
This certified in BREEAM Interim system green building offers over 16,600 sq m of rentable office space on 7 storeys and approximately 1,600 sq m of retail area on the ground floor. Its tenants have 3 levels of underground car park with 360 parking spots and a full cycling infrastructure on their disposal.
The office building was designed by the Polish branch of London based Rolfe Judde studio and Warbud was its general contractor. Besides its distinct shape and relatively big average floor area, it will stand out also thanks to original murals created by renowned modern Polish artists, which visitors and tenants will be able to admire in the lobby and in the elevator halls.
