A few days ago, the developer S+B Gruppe collected the ecological certificate LEED Platinum, granted to KróLEWska, a Warsaw office building. This means that as of today the company owns four buildings rewarded with the LEED Platinum certificate, which is the highest one of the category.
The office building KróLEWska, with 6 000 sq m of office space, has been acknowledged as the most sustainable office building in Poland, ranking first on the Polish list. With 92 points in the LEED system, the edifice has also been classified as 6th in the world.
