The Centrum Południe II office building in Wrocław has received the LEED certificate at the highest level.
Obtaining such a certificate proves that the building is environmentally friendly and effectively managed. An office building uses up to 39% less energy and up to 58% less water compared to other LEED certified buildings.
The office building offers 20,000 sq m of modern office space for rent on 13 floors and a 2-level underground parking lot. It is worth noting that the office building attracts attention thanks to a 700-meter-long photocatalytic mural that purifies the air by fighting microorganisms.
