The project envisages a replacement of the 23-year-old CH Land with a modern office complex offering around 30,000 sqm of office space and 7,300 sqm of space dedicated to retail and service units.
The highest point of the complex will be a skyscraper with 12 levels, located on the side of Walbrzyska street. The entire building will have around 500 parking spaces. The project is at the stage of preparation and obtaining the necessary permits, so the date of the start of field activities is not yet known.
