The construction works of the first office building in .KTW complex was finalized in accordance with the investment schedule.
The 14-storey office building offers over 18 000 sqm of office space, of which almost 60 percent were leased until the investor obtained permission to use the facility. Tenants also have at their disposal a three-level underground garage.
Soon the construction of the second high-rise building in the complex will start, and Katowice will become enriched by another modern office building in the city centre.
