The JLL team will be responsible for the commercialization of office and retail space in the new project located at Jana Kazimierza Street in Odolany area in Warsaw.The task of Jones Lang LaSalle includes developing a leasing strategy, conducting a comprehensive process of tenant search and coordinating marketing activities related to the project.
The development will consist of two interconnected buildings, eleven-and six-storey, offering a total of 9788 sq m of office and retail space.The office floor plan will enable a flexible division of the leased space both in the open space formula and classic cabinet division. The ground floor of the office building will comprise a reception as well as an entrance hall connecting the two parts of the building with retail premises. The building will also provide its tenants with 142 parking spaces.
The building was designed by the renown architectural office called S.A.M.I Architects Mariusz Lewandowski & Partners.
The delivery of the office building is scheduled for the first half of 2016.
