Austrian investment fund - Immofinanz is preparing for implementation of the first office building in Poland. Nimbus Office will be erected at Jerozolimskie Avenue in Ochota district. The office building will offer over 19 000 square meters of office space for rent. Completion of the investment is scheduled for August 2014. Immofinanz has already selected a general contractor - Porr Poland.
