A new office building called GreenWings will be shortly developed at 17 Stycznia Street. The project involves the construction of seven-storey office building with a total rentable area of approximately 10 800 sqm. There will be also 270 underground parking spaces available to the future tenants. The office building has the BREEAM precertification on the very good level. The investor announced the start of construction in September this year.
