On the premises of the old bus station at Armii Krajowej Avenue in Chełm, the modern A-class office building with an area of up to 7,000 sqm will be built. It will happen thanks to the new development plan adopted by the Chełm City Council.
In addition to the office building, a facility serving the bus station will also be built. According to the preliminary design, there will be modern bus shelters with solar panels. Their energy will be used to power the building.
The investment will be carried out under the "Factory" program. Its goal is to support medium-sized cities in Poland through the construction of modern office and service buildings.
