Green Corner office building implemented by Skanska company at Chłodna Street in Warsaw has already been leased in 95%. The modern and environmentally friendly office building recently gained new tenants: Nordea Group, Jones Lang LaSalle Group Services, CHI Poland and Ruch S.A. The construction of two buildings belonging to the Green Corner office complex totaling approx. 27 000 sqm of usable space for rent, will be completed by the end of 2012 year.
