Located in Gdańsk, Alchemia office complex was doubly awarded during Green Building Symposium. Alchemia Phase I won a prize in “The best certified ecological building” category and Alchemia Phase II won as “The best ecological project”.
Alchemia investment, which combines retail, office and recreational functions, as a whole complex will be built in a few years. {Alchemia Phase I} offers more than 16,000 sqm of modern office space and {Alchemia Phase II}, which will be completed soon, will offer more than 21,000 sqm of commercial space for lease.
