Construction works on the last stage of office complex GPP Business Park. Emerging at 33, Konduktorska Street in Katowice building will be unique in the energetic aspect as it will produce its own energy.
GPP Business Park IV will boast positive energy balance in ventilation, heating and preparation of domestic hot water, which will be achieved thanks to applying various technologies, e.g. photovoltaic installation and energy recovery ventilation. All these will find its reflection in operating costs 50% lower when compared to the market prices.
The building will have 7 aboveground storeys with total space of 7,500 sqm and there will be a parking lot located on the underground storey. NCC Spec Bau is in charge of general construction of the project.
