Komandorska 12, a PZU building in Wrocław, has been awarded with the ecological certificate LEED Gold. The decisive factor, that weighed on the decision, were modern, environmentally friendly solutions applied in the office block, such as systems regulating water, heat and energy consumption as well as architecture providing daylight access.
The edifice was completed in February this year. The building offers 4 000 sq m of class A office space on 6 overground and 1 underground storey including a parking lot. JLL is responsible for commercializing Komandorska 12, while TFI PZU is the investor and owner.
