The instalation of the glass façade on the SQ Business Center has just started.
The construction works of the 10 storey building are held at the junction of Legnicka Street and Stacyjna Street. Due to its location, the building took shape of a setsquare and its interior design was arranged as an open space, which surrounds the building core. Thanks to the glass façade the employees will have a permanent access to daylight and fresh air, as the windows can be opened.
The building will offer 5.500 sqm of office space in A class with an over 80 sqm green terrace at the highest storey and retail space on the ground floor. The future employees will also have access to underground and outdoor parking.
The works on the façade are to finish at the end of November 2018.
