In April Ghelamco will start with the construction of Warsaw Spire tower at Towarowa Street in Warsaw and is planning to start up the construction of the Synergy Business Park in Wrocław even this year. Belgian developer is planning also the new investment at Sienna Street in Warsaw.
The investment will consists of three towers connected on the ground floor with approximately 80 000 sqm of office and 20 000 reatil space for lease. The building will be also linked with the underground station at Daszyńskiego Roundabout. Developer has finished the negotiations with the Underground Administration and at the moment is applying for the decision setting up the construction conditions. There is a chance that the investment will start in 2012.
