Two buildings of the first phase of the Gdynia Waterfront complex were awarded LEED certificates. A Courtyard by Marriott hotel has been awarded LEED ‘Gold’. Moreover, an office building has obtained LEED ‘Platinum’ certificate. Due to the unique location, it was possible to equip the buildings with such ecological solutions as sea cooling system or green roofs.
Gdynia Waterfront Office is a 11-storey building that provides 10.000 sqm of a modern, grade A office space. The construction of the building was completed in June 2015.
