The multifunctional DOKI investment in the post-shipyard area of the Young City in Gdańsk is about to start. Post-industrial areas will gain a new life thanks to the DOKI residential and office investment. It will be a unique project with a historic character, combining the revitalization of historic buildings and modern construction.
The DOKI investment will offer over 1,000 comfortable flats and apartments as part of the DOKI Living program and approximately 37,000 sq m. office space for rent in two office buildings as part of the DOKI Office program. The first building will have 5 above-ground levels, and the second - 7 cascading floors. The roofs of the office buildings will be dedicated to green terraces and an urban apiary. The DOKI Office will be certified in the LEED and WELL standard as well as in the Facility without barriers system.
Construction works will start in the second half of this year, and the planned completion date is the first half of 2023.
