DekaBank operating within Deka Immobilien Investment Group, which recently acquired Intercontinental Hotel in Warsaw is planning to buy two more office buildings: International Business Centre I located at 14, Armii Ludowej Av. and the International Business Center II located at 11, Polna St. in Warsaw. Office buildings totalling almost 34 000 sqm of office space for lease. Office of Competition and Consumer Protection has already agreed to this real estate take over.
