Construction works on Silesia Business Park - D, the last stage of Katowice located office complex Silesia Business Park, have begun. Completion of the works is estimated at the turn of Q3 and Q4 of 2018.
The office group, which thanks to the shape of its facade is jokingly referred to as "tiramisu" by residents, offers over 44 000 sq m of A class office space in total. Besides standard amenities, at the tenants' disposal there are also medical facilities, an outdoor gym and soon a kindergarten as well. Between the buildings of the complex situated is also a bicycle parking station of a popular city-bike, serving to greatly faciltate mixed-mode commuting.
The developer and general contractor of the project, which serves as an excellent example of Katowice's economic revitalisation, is the Swedish group Skanska.
