Focus in Warsaw received the BREEAM certificate at the "Very Good" level. This means that the office building operates in a sustainable manner and its negative impact on the natural environment is minimal.
A building that is to receive the BREEAM "green building" certificate must meet the requirements in such fields as sustainable land development, saving water resources, energy efficiency, choice of materials, and indoor environmental quality.
Focus office building provides approx. 62,000 sg m. of office space on 15 storeys. It consists of 4 completely independent and self-sufficient parts. A characteristic 25-meter high atrium is a common space for all parts. It is covered with a glass roof and connected to the winter garden on the 6th floor.
