Lotos Group moved into its new headquarters located in Plac Bankowy 1 building. The company leased more than 1,000 square meters of office space on the first floor of the building. The tenant will occupy premises both in the historical, as well as newly built part of the building. In the mentioned transaction, the company was advised by Jones Lang LaSalle specialists.
Plac Bankowy 1 is a renovated historic building and the former location of the Saski Hotel. The building offers approximately 4,000 sqm of top class office space for lease, additionally providing its tenants with a 2- storey underground parking.
